It was during the Halloween season when I visited and had my appointment with this eye doctor. The moment you step inside, the place really surprises you—in the best way! From the outside, you wouldn’t expect such a nice location and such a beautifully designed space with people so dedicated to their work. Everything feels professional and welcoming, and it instantly puts you in a good mood. The doctor who took care of me was amazing—answered all my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable and encouraged to book my next appointment. The process of picking and selecting glasses was also super easy. The staff member who helped me was kind, professional, and made everything go so smoothly. I cannot recommend enough this place. As a foreigner I walked into the center and they took me in charge on a saturday morning for an emergency. I was pretty panicked and stressed because nothing is more important than eyes. And they took me in charge. The place is so pretty and clean. The staff is so compassionate, kind and helpful. I can't thank them enough for taking care of me, and healing my eye. Today I came back here for a check up anf follow up even though it's 45 min from where I live. Just for the professionalism, expertise and kindness

Love this place. My eye doctor- Dr Radetzky is a true professional, I feel I get the highest attention and care. The office is very cool with great decor and some beach vibes, nice selection of glasses. The rest of the staff are also excellent and pleasant. 5 stars.

I got glasses from this optical shop, but they gave me the wrong prescription. As a result, I spent weeks with swollen eyes. I went back multiple times to get help, but the service was terrible, and they never offered a real solution. In the end, I had to get new glasses from another optical shop with the correct prescription, wasting time and money. When I tried to request a refund, they kept giving me the runaround. Eventually, they told me they had sold the business and that it was no longer their responsibility. This is completely unprofessional. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake and just walked away. I do not recommend this place at all.

Extremely Disappointed - If you have VSP, look for somewhere else! DR was late for the appointment and then proceeded to take 2 personal phonecalls (went on for about 10 minutes) during my eye exam. I was in the office for ~90 minutes, just to conduct a regular eye exam. The Dr apologized but does that make it correct 'bedside behavior'? Lastly, after the 90 minutes that i was in the office, the DR was unable to provide me with a prescription. Apparently because he needed to 'approve it' although my test had been complete. When i called back for the prescription i was told that faxing it to me was the only option.
