Eye Boutique

I stopped by Eye Boutique and they were busy, and there was only one staff member handling everything at the time. Despite the chaos, Gaby was an absolute rockstar—she managed everyone there to my surprise and gave me her full attention also. I had only come in to ask about pricing on some frames and lenses, but after doing my research and experiencing excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be back this week to make a purchase.

A big thank you to Dr Bastermajian for helping me out with a couple of pairs of new glasses I needed for reading and driving. He’s very professional, extremely knowledgeable and, as always, very pleasant to work with. I also wanted to pass along a note of thanks to Gabby in the office for fixing a screw on a very old pair of Hackett glasses I bought at Eye Boutique almost 10 years ago. Thanks again Eye Boutique. Great job!!

Walked in today in panic because I just purchased Cartier sunglasses and they broke! I googled sunglass repair and Eye Boutique popped up first on Google, so I went there and they fixed my glasses within 10 mins with no charge! I was aesthetic and felt like I needed to give them something for repairing my glasses at no cost. This is the definition of a great customer service should be! Thank you again, Eye Boutique.

I switched over here recently and am so happy I did! Dr. Bastermajian was great. He helped get me in a much better contact for my high myopia and astigmatism. He also was able to refer me to a doctor who does SMILE and was very knowledgeable about options. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Yari helped me with selecting my eye glasses and stayed late so I could do so. Glad to have established my care here!
