Joey is an angel. He was so friendly and approachable, and was super helpful in guiding me around the store regarding which frames would fit me best. They checked into my insurance for me quickly, and the entire check-out process was thorough in terms of what lens modifications/additions were available, yet simple and easy. Their selection is more impressive than anywhere else I've been and I am thrilled to have a Warby Parker store so close to home.
The process was quick and easy. Associates were helpful but not pushy. Pricing was more than 50% cheaper from other retailers we had looked at
