Massage Envy

Donna, Helene, and Laura W. are all great for massages! Highly recommend doing a membership. I get a massage or facial monthly and I always look forward to them:) Marzena is great too with the chemical peels! She's very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.

I love going to Massage Envy in general. My favorite therapists are Katie and Elizabeth. The ladies at the front desk are very cool also. Thank you all. Happy Fall y'all 🍂🍁🎃

The front desk staff were friendly and the place was clean and inviting. I was able to use the credits my mom had transferred to me without issue. I had Kevin for my massage. I specifically said I need a strong focus on everything from my lower back down. Of my 90-minute massage, I would say maybe 25 minutes was spent on those areas in total while he spent the remainder on my upper body, mainly my upper back. It felt great, but did not work out the areas I truly needed and asked for. I am unlikely to return to this location.

Booked appointment online and got confirmation. They didn’t have any of that. The receptionist could have given a shit. Wow how is this company still in business. Unbelievable. I was supposed to pay $80 for an hour massage. All they had was $120 opening. Wasted 60 minutes driving there and back. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this place! Geneva IL

I woke up very very sick with no voice. I have never before cancelled but yet she said I'm sorry but we still have to charge the cancellation fee. not understanding and doesn't care about their customers. also overheard someone complaining about the membership cancellation. he said they have charged 2x and he requested the cancellation but no one would help him. he said this has been a nightmare and he is cancelling his card to not get charged
