ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Urbana

This was an awesome trip. We did crafting with my daughter with the crafty crew and went on short excursions and did the behind the wave and Trust was such a great guide for the whole thing and I’m hoping to do it again with my daughter the next time she does it Sergio and Joseph were great waiters and even helped me when I couldn’t breath when a picw of crab got caught in my throat.

This Urgent Care is such a hidden gem and probably the best in the Frederick area. I have been 2 times now and both times comfortable & easy. The NP that I saw yesterday evening was wonderful. My only complaint is that the lighting in the waiting room is extremely bright and not sensitive to people with sensory needs, migraines, etc. Dimming the lights a bit or making them a warmer color would be much better. Other than that though, great job. Thank you!

My daughter and I came In on separate days for strep tests and we were both in and out in under an hour. They were able to get her medication for her there, saving us a trip to the pharmacy and every single person was kind and helpful. The facility itself is brand new and clean. Very thankful to have this in the neighborhood!

Loved the receptionist, Agnier, she was AWESOME! My daughter was so nervous about the procedure she needed. Agnier, thank you so much for calming her down ❤️The nurse was very nice, and our doctor today was EXCELLENT! Our doctor today, 1/6/26, was so patient, kind, thorough, caring, and she explained everything in a way that calmed my anxious 10yo. I would not only recommend this urgent care, I would bring my kids back! Thanks so much to all the staff.

I had an excellent experience at Express Care of Urbana. The receptionist was caring and helpful, even assisting me with check-in when I couldn’t use one hand. I was seen quickly, had x-rays done, and met with the doctor without long waits. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I was also able to get my prescription at the center for a reasonable price, which was very convenient. The staff, medical team, cleanliness, and spacious facility were all outstanding. Highly recommend!
