The staff are very rude. The wait is always long even with scheduling an online appointment. If you’re in real pain and want good service I prefer the Overlea Location. This location is very unprofessional. The doctor was very rude and all of the staff was very rude. I was in pain but decided to leave because the staff were so unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never go to this location again! The STAFF are very rude.

This particular ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Parkville location stands out as exceptionally poor, arguably the worst in all of Maryland. My recent experiences have been marred by profoundly unprofessional staff, particularly two female employees who consistently work the front desk on weekends. These individuals have consistently demonstrated a striking lack of respect, appearing uneducated and frankly, quite unintelligent. Their deficiency in basic knowledge and an overwhelming sense of laziness are palpable and reach their peak when dealing with patients. I had scheduled an appointment following a car accident. While I did not sustain injuries severe enough to warrant an emergency room visit, I proactively booked an online appointment and completed all the necessary paperwork befor

I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours despite pre-scheduling my appointment online. If they are going to offer online scheduling then I can understand a 15 minute wait. Two hours and five minutes after arriving 10 minutes early as directed is not acceptable. As you can see, they weren’t exactly “standing room only” today, either. I’ve been coming to ExpressCare for almost 10 years. Probably time to check out other options.
