ExpressCare Urgent Care Center - Owings Mills

Went there on Wednesday around 11:45. Waited in the waiting room for about an hour until I was called back, which I understand is normal. What isn't normal was sitting in the exam room from 12:40-2:25 waiting for someone to come in. I ended up asking someone when I was going to be seen after an hour of waiting in the exam room, I was told someone would be in shortly, but no one came in until another 20-30 minutes passed. Almost 2 hours in an exam room to have a 5 minute conversation with the doctor. I do not recommend this location at all. They truly do not care about their patients and forget about them.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The triage nurse was nice and the treating nurse practitioner went over everything including my history and results of a test and medication side effects and was very kind and helpful. I went in feeling not so well but came out feeling better.

!!!!!The staff is incompetent The facility is filthy!!!!! (((((Please see the pictures of the BS customer service response ))))) Went for a sports physical Front desk girls were almost useless.... were on there cell phones The nurse’s aid didn’t even know how to take my weight and height and she would not change it the the correct weight and height !! The physician could not even fill out a form correctly….. did not put a date on sports physical form!!! and the form was rejected when I summited it to my league! ( see picture below ) See pictures below, floors were filthy, mold on the ceiling , dust on the walls

Wonderful, wonderful staff there. I highly recommended going there for your medical problems. The nice ladies upfront were very nice and greeted with a smile. I didnt catch thier names. Autumn was very nice as well. Clarissa was very nice as well and was very caring. She knew exactly what was wrong right away to my relief.

I’m here right now.. I booked an appointment this morning at 9am, and the earliest appointment open was at 3:42pm. When I arrived, on time, I checked in, and waited for my turn.. At 4:45pm, I walked up to the desk, and I asked if my name had been called, and I was told that there is still 7 patients ahead of me, this is completely unacceptable because I had a reservation, so when I asked about it, the front desk staff rudely told me that it’s flu season, and that everywhere is crowded.. I was also told that just because I made a reservation, doesn’t guarantee me an appointment… If that is the case, what is the point in making the reservation? These people are incompetent, they lack compassion, they are unorganized, and inconsiderate. I will definitely be writing a letter to corporate…
