The medical care was good. However, I have a problem with their billing practices. Apparently, when I paid the copay with my credit card, I gave them permission to charge any outstanding balance to that card. A few weeks later, on the same day, I received two emails. The first one was a credit card receipt showing a $240 charge. A few minutes later I got another email with the bill attached. That really ticked me off. I think the customer should have the first crack at how they want to pay the bill. Maybe I wanted to pay by check. Maybe that $240 would have put me over my limit and caused a fee. Anyway, just beware that when you pay by credit card you are giving them permission to put the outstanding balance on that card without asking you first.

I pre-registered online and scheduled my appointment through the website. When I arrived I was greeted as I walked in the door by the two women at the reception area, and directed to a kiosk to check in. I was asked to review and sign off on a few forms and present my insurance card for verification. The lady I worked with was not overly friendly however she was professional and courteous. I was taken back at my appointment time. The nurse and P.A. I worked with were fantastic. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy with them and would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Horrible experience the front desk is horrible. She was very dismissive and arrogant. The NP was kind but we were in one room then moved to another room after 50min of sitting in that particular room bc the computer wasn’t working. Spent a total of 2 hours and no one was there waiting room was completely empty. I returned a few days later to get a form signed so my kids could get medicine while in school. The front lady told me she couldn’t help me bc the person who was there when my kids were seen was off that day. I asked if any other doctors could assist me bc at the end of the day my sons both received their meds from there she said no, without even consulting with someone else. Her attitude was disgusting very condescending.

I took my daughter for the first time for a physical and the check in was so easy and fast. The girls at the front were very nice and courteous. I thought I was going to in there for a couple of hours, but I was in and out in less than an hour. I came back the next day because my son needed a physical too and I had the same experience. I will definitely be back when my kids get sick. Thanks for the awesome experience.

I have visited this urgent care a few times between my family and I. The ladies at the front desk have always been cordial and thorough. Place is clean and has not been too busy since I've been there. You just have to leave your credit card on file there... As for the doctors and assistants, they have all been wonderful, helpful, and really concerned about what was going on.
