The staff and dr were efficient. My gripe is with the website and transparency. "We accept most major insurance plans. Click here for a full list. No insurance? No problem. We offer affordable self-pay pricing, often less expensive than an emergency room visit." Yet they require the visit to be fully paid upfront with the wording making it seem like paymentplans are optionable. While the other options around are even higher, this is still ridiculous when you pair it with the wording. Many people have lost insurance due to the republican takeover and loss of the ACA(which actually wasn't as affordable as people were led to believe) and with inflation, you're forcing people to chose between a dr visit without payment plans and rent/food. When you are sick it matters that prompt service and compassion are given, from the moment I walked in the door the girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. Didn’t have to wait long but if I had there was a tv playing Christmas movies to keep me entertained. Another monitor on wall to keep me informed with my name stating my status to be seen. Nurses extremely nice ! Dr. Walker has best bedside manner and even called me back at home next day when I had questions concerning treatment as well as called in additional script after conversation! Once you go here you’ll never go anywhere else!! I recommend this place on my life, best care received in a long time. It’s nice to have staff actually care! Keep up the great work!

My experience was quick and painless and I liked the staff, but the bill was very misleading. The website made it seem like it was affordable but, with insurance, I still owe them $300 because UHC “doesn’t cover much” — something that they admitted to me over the phone that they knew previously. And I was charged for an appointment that did not match my visit (it was not 45 minutes, I was there for less than 30 mins). I wish someone had told me about my insurance before I was seen so I could make the decision to be seen or not. At $300 after insurance, it’s truly a choice between paying everyday bills and paying this bill.

The staff was awesome. From Jackie at the desk out front to Gina and Pam who treated me. They were all friendly and good at their respective jobs. That makes a visit like this much better since you're never going to an urgent care for fun. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need

Was the best urgent care experience I’ve had in a long time. Usually I feel like the urgent cares in Hagerstown don’t do much but it was not like that with this location. All staff was super friendly, facility was very clean and most importantly the Nurse Practitioner really listened to my problem and treated it accordingly. I felt heard and cared for. If I could make her my primary care doctor I would! Would definitely recommend!
