Express Family Care-Cave Spring

Quickest urgent care visit ever! I was in and out in 20mins. I am new to the area and I really appreciate the kindness of the check in staff, Nurse and PA. They listened to my symptoms and prescribed treatment. I will be coming here for any future needs. Thank you so much!

We had a need for care quickly as I was pretty sure we were dealing with strep, but given the state of care at most of the Doctor's offices, I was not even going to waste time trying to get in with our Ped, so we went to Express yesterday and they were wonderful! From check-in to discharge - very efficient. We were the only ones in the waiting room most of the time. It is clean and they run it like a very well oiled machine. The Nurse, Mrs. Brandy, was SO patient with my 7 year old when she was deathly afraid of the strep culture, and the PA's were also just as great. I am 100% happy with their care. They sent a rx to Walgreens (which took about 10 mins in line and another 30 minutes to fill), but overall, I am happy I skipped all of the nonsense and went to Express on Brambleton!

This is a very clean space, with super friendly staff, and quick and efficient care. I was very impressed and honestly haven’t been to an Urgent Care office this nice before. Pricing is also very reasonable. This will be my new Urgent Care/Express Care go-to.

5 stars doesn’t do this place justice! From the front office staff, to the Dr. I’ve never been happier. I went in, and was greeted by the nicest Front office worker, and instantly felt comfortable. They made the process so simple! The Dr. actually spent the time with me, and showed genuine compassion and empathy. I have the Flu A, and he was so nice in explaining what the next steps were going to be. I’m Thankful for such an amazing experience.
