Love, love this doctor....Visited the doctor to address a brief illness today and to consider Dr. Neveen Elkholy as my new regular physician for me and my children. Was pleasantly surprised as there was no wait time, the staff was efficient and friendly, and the doctor was compassionate, considerate and thorough. Was given much time to voice my concerns and ask questions, while the doctor gave me her full attention. Especially liked her conservative approach in terms of treatment, and her desire to act as a team going forward. Will be going back, and so far, would highly recommend!

I did an allergy test after they convinced me that i wouldn't have to pay anything and it's fully covered by my insurance (Aetna, private). I insisted that i dont want to pay out of pocket and they assured me it's fully covered. A year and a half later they started sending me bills about that test. When i called and asked the receptionist gave me an attitude and said that it's my part of the bill that isn't all covered.

Unprofessional staff. Didn't ever call to remind me of my daughter's check ups . And when I did go they didn't have the Vaccines. I was told to go buy it at the pharmacy. I have to admit if, the facility is clean but what good is it if its not reliable.

Short wait time and the nicest doctors, nurses, and receptionists. They actually care, unlike some other doctors we have been to. Extremely knowledgeable and make you feel like family. Really love this place and the people here!

Horrible this office never knows what is going on with the patients and the calls. Just plain horrible experience. Time to change.
