ExperCARE Urgent Care & Primary Care

Setting up my appointment to walking out the door, everyone was the best I have ever dealt with. We had a bit of an issue with my insurance but that did not stop my level of care. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff and their compassion. After treatment, I came close to passing out and shaking uncomfortably. They made sure that before I left, that they fed me even with all of my dietary needs and had me ready to be able to drive myself home. They have and always will be my go to urgent care provider.

I had a caring and experienced team at Expert care. They took great care of me concerning my pain following a vehicle accident. I couldn’t ask for a better team. Kudos to the front desk, the nurse and the doctor! I strongly recommend this facility for any urgent care needs.

I recently visited ExperCARE Urgent Care in Richmond Hill, GA because I was concerned about a rash, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was seen promptly, which I truly appreciated, especially at an urgent care where wait times can sometimes be unpredictable. The staff was outstanding, both the nursing team and the provider were attentive, professional, and compassionate. They took my concerns seriously, carefully evaluated the rash, and even cultured it immediately to make sure I received the right treatment. Their thoroughness, clear explanations, and kindness really put me at ease during what could have been a stressful situation.

I arrived sick and not feeling well. The entire staff was very courteous. They answered my questions with sincere care. Instead of having me wait for my results they offered me the option to go home, then the physician called and discussed the results. My Rx was submitted and I'm off to recovering.

Daughter came home sick from school. Scheduled an appt online for the next day. Was so easy to schedule and availability was great. The staff was friendly. Checking in was a couple clicks, and all my paperwork was able to be done using my phone. The nurse was great, super friendly, had a great conversation with her, and the doctor had great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this place over SJC whom has bad financial rules. Hands down!
