I had a trying experience in Westlake Village, California The office said my Aetna insurance was showing inactive but when I called my company to see why they said I am active and so did Aetna. Exer would not take a verbal over the phone
The employees at the Woodland Hills are extremely rude! I was in extreme pain and they wouldn’t let me lay on a sofa no one was using! This is for sick people why not help them instead of admonish them!
