I usually don't write reviews for services like pharmacies, but this one is long overdue. Since I moved to El Segundo in 2015, I've been a loyal customer at Ralph's Pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist have consistently been friendly, helpful, and always professional. During my most recent visit, the entire team went above and beyond. I had a nasty accident, and their genuinely caring nature was just what the doctor ordered. Despite some initial prescription issues, the staff quickly resolved everything with my doctor. I want to express my gratitude. In a world that can sometimes feel disconnected, experiencing that personal touch at Ralph's Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. Thanks for the outstanding service over the years!

This pharmacy used to be great. Sherri, the long time pharmacist there, left recently, and now the pharmacy is complete garbage. The way they operate now borders on malpractice. The new pharmacist, Maggie, likes to pull power trips on her patients because she dispenses the medication. Deplorable. Protect your loved ones and yourself, and get your medications filled anywhere else but here.

Got my first Moderna shot here. Was a little hectic with them having only 2 employees that day and having to juggle multiple appointments at once, but the pharmacist here (Sherih) is the kindest and friendliest pharmacist I have ever come across! She greeted everyone by name and clearly cares very much about the well being of everyone who uses this pharmacy. Even though I hate shots, she made it a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Amazing pharmacy. They saved my vacation today. I was stuck on a flight leg without my prescription and they got it ready crazy fast. The manager was so kind and helpful as well.
