Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacist had an attitude like I was an inconvenience to her. She was unhelpful and dismissive.

I have never experiemced such rude and dismissive behavior as I did this morning from Jessica L., Walgreens Pharmacy Manager at the El Segundo location. She has always been combative, never kind, but today she out did herself. I feel for the staff who work with her. Her attitude is shameful, and harmful.

Terrible service at pharmacy. One particular pharmacy tech (female, Asian in 20's) has horrible attitude and bedside manner. Rude and should not be working with public. Withheld my breast cancer meds, refused to contact my doctor to refill meds, offered no assistance, just walked away from drive thru wondow

Jessica was incredibly helpful in ensuring I got my epipen before my flight when my doctor accidentally prescribed the wrong dose. This is not my usual Walgreens, but I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Thanks again Jessica!

You'd be hard pressed to find ruder pharmacists. They act like they don't even want you to fill your scrips there. I also think they are running a scam. I don't have Medi-Cal or Medicare, but they are always trying to bill them for my medicine. Very shady. I need a new pharmacy.
