I scheduled a deep tissue massage and His trigger point therapy was bar far the best I’ve ever experienced. Went in for lower back issues and my body has never felt better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Paul is my go to massage therapist. In the best way, I’ve never had a massage like his. I appreciate the stretching that’s done during the session along with the deep pressure that really attacks my problem areas. Some days I go in feeling so run down, sore, and grumpy; but by the time he’s done, I feel like a new woman. He really listens and works with your body: pulling back the pressure when needed, or returning to a stubborn area so that you can feel the release. Also, results are longer lasting than other massages I’ve had. HIGHLY recommend!
