I am writing to formally express my concern about the treatment I received from a member (Robyn from the front desk)of your front desk staff during my recent visit. When I arrived, I politely explained that I had mistakenly confused the date of my appointment. I was respectful and understanding of the situation. Initially, the receptionist told me to wait while she checked if there was any possibility that I could still be seen. However, after I had been waiting,—while visibly upset—that she had never said that and spoke to me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. At no point was I rude or confrontational. I understand that scheduling errors can happen and that the office may not always be able to accommodate them, but there is no reason for a patient to be treated with disrespect. T

My first visit to this office. Staff welcoming, facilities very clean and bright. Dr. Amar is very easy to talk to, knowledgeable and friendly. Explains everything in an easy format, and is conservative with treatment. All as it should be but sometimes is not. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Newsome at my first visit today and left there highly impressed and completely satisfied with the care I was given. Dr. Newsome has a friendly, relaxed demeanor that put me totally at ease. He answered each of my questions and offered several solutions to remedy my foot issues. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Newsome.

A welcoming environment and Dr Keating was superb in every way. I walked away walking better as Dr Keating explained what I need to do to improve the condition of my foot. I’m looking forward to my return visit.

Have been seen by Dr. Keating for many, many years off and on. His treatment history for me has been flawless and bedside manner is exceptional. Highly recommend.
