Excelsior Express

Joanna is great. I am going for the second time to see her. First was a knee, second was a shoulder. She takes the time to work with you and is knowledgeable about what you need to do getting through therapy. I recommend Excelsior Orthopedic for your needs.

Called a few days prior to going to the express care to make an express care appointment. Stayed on hold for 15 minutes before requesting a call back. They never called back. Fast forward a few days later after my son started experiencing acute pain and pop sensation during a practice, I brought him to urgent care that same day and was turned away as I was told it’s still considered a greater than 10 day old injury and not acute. However, I do believe there is a such thing as an acute exacerbation of a “chronic”condition/injury (had pain 2 weeks prior got better until today).I was told to seek care at a hospital emergency room or an urgent care instead of here since I couldn’t be seen at their orthopedic urgent care for an orthopedic injury.
