From the moment I walked in, I received a warm, welcoming greeting from the receptionist that set the tone for an excellent visit. The dental assistant was kind and attentive, explaining each step of the process clearly and making sure I understood what she was doing. The dentist was highly professional and thorough, taking the time to describe the treatment in detail and answer my questions. She made me feel completely comfortable, is genuinely friendly, and clearly knows her craft. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist. Outstanding care from start to finish.

I needed a dentist I could trust in Las Vegas and I believe I’ve found her. When you first walk into the office it has a calming esthetic and the front staff is very welcoming. Meeting Dr Culpepper felt like meeting an old friend, never feeling rushed but really taken care of. I have full faith that Dr Culpepper has my best interest in mind. She is thorough, patient and works hard to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve gone to excellence in dentistry for multiple times for cleanings, X-rays, and most recently invisiline. Assistant Yesina has a very kind demeanor and explained everything so that I understood it completely. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Culpepper to my family and friends a million times.

I started coming to this office as it was recommended to me when they first opened. The lady in the front desk was very kind and helpful. After filling out the initial paperwork, I was able to be seen right away. Dr. Culpepper has been fantastic! From my first visit, I was having a lot of bleeding in my gums. I recently had a follow up and she stated how she saw a huge improvement in my teeth and gums from last visit. I followed her directions and some of the tips she provided from the previous visit and I honestly see the improvement! I find it great that she takes the time to explain things to me when I have questions and guides me on how I can make improvements for healthier teeth.

I gave this place a chance because a friend referred me. I have great insurance (anthem) and was told that my insurance covered my exams and cleaning. I let the front desk individual know that I am fresh out of a divorce and have no money for anything that insurance doesn’t cover. I was told that insurance covered exams and was mislead by front desk thinking I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Because something was overlooked by the front desk individual not taking the time to properly check my insurance, I now have a magical 100$ charge that they aren’t willing to work with me on. I’ll never do business with them again. And this is after I was told a before this incident that I can’t have a simple cleaning done. forcing an upsell. I don’t like this place at all they handled me very poorly.

One of my friends referred me to dr culpepper and I am so glad she did! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while due to prior bad experiences. Dr culpepper was so gentle and always listened to the concerns I had. A pleasant experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I left!
