I’ve been a patient at Excellence Healthcare Medical Center with Dr. Ileana Orozco for over three years now, and so far, so good. The staff is always professional and caring, and it’s very convenient that you can get your blood work done right there in the same office. Don’t let the young age of the phlebotomist fool you — it was by far the fastest and least uncomfortable blood draw I’ve ever had. Do not go to this place, made me take 4 tests for like $2000 for headaches, Nurse practitioner completely ignored me mentioning I have stress and processed to order me to get an MRI done! Like yea girl are you gonna pay for it? Not even blood test done which I havent gotten done in a while, didn’t even bothered to ask about them. Also Iliana did not make me feel like everything was gonna be right after my visit, she just say we cant give you a diagnosis have this exams done and thats it, not “your gonna need ok” or a simple “dont worry” Definitely not going back here
