Excel Urgent Care

Everyone was great! Front desk was quick to get me in and answer any questions. They provided me an estimate for my exam with insurance before being taken back and then were quick to get me seen for my minor issue. The RN/MA had great bedside manner and was informative about next steps. Dr. Valencia was kind, quick, and helpful!

My child came for stitches last October and we were instructed to return 1 week later to remove them. We had an extremely long wait time and the staff seemed way more concerned with getting my co-pay even though I was a return patient an in their system. The level of care was lackluster but the doctor was great once we were finally able to be seen. Upon our return I was told there would be $30 fee to remove the stitches. Unbeknownst to me they filed a separate claim to my insurance for another urgent care visit. I was told today (in March) I have a balance for my co-pay ($20, my co-pay is $50). A few issues…I had stitches myself at this location and my return visit was free. I figure a few things changed with their fee structure but it absolutely wasn’t a second visit. Instead of taking a

We have been taking our family here for different kinds of emergencies and they have been kind, respectful and very nice with our medical needs. Starting from the front desk till you get checked in by the nurse and then seen by a doctor everyone has been very caring and helped us feel back to normal. I definitely would recommend this place if you need someone to see you and listen to your medical emergency needs. They care about their patients and its hard to find places that give you the right care.

They were very friendly from the moment I came into the clinic. I was greeted, given clear instructions, professional staff. And this was consistent with the other patient interactions from the front end, I appreciate that. I did not wait long considering the amount of people in the waiting room. I will definitely come back here for the great service. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience, thanks to Andrea. She was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and handled everything with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciated her compassion and dedication.
