Excel Pain and Spine

Highly not recommended. Had a horrible experience here and will never return. Sadly this practice is in the VA's community care network despite being unprofessional, deceptive, and dishonest. Appointment was cancelled while I waited in the lobby due to a emergency. The staff did not have the courteay to inform me about it before I arrived and waited for 20 minutes in the lobby. Upon cancellation I was rescheduled for my two shots. I came back about two weeks later and finally got the first shot then was told by Dr. Shah to reschedule the second shot because they were too close together. The day of the second shot the staff per Dr. Shahs directive calls me to cancel my second shot citing that he will only do it after a follow up in 4 weeks. This is not what was said after the first shot. I

I am just so grateful to Dr Shah and his staff for their empathy. The office was very clean. When you go there your worries feel heard and I feel the best place hands down! Front desk gals are very helpful and extremely nice. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone in severe pain and suffering to go to Excel Pain and Spine. You will not be disappointed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I definitely rate it a big 5! You guys were so sweet and outstanding! I am definitely spreading the word about you guys to anyone I find that may be in pain like I was! The Doctor and the PA were so smooth and understanding! This was my first time going through this process so I was nervous and a little anxious but they both made my situation a lot better and easier and in minutes I was calmed and they kept me talking while executing the procedure! Definitely I’m doing all follow ups in here! And will tell everyone I know about this experience! Thank you so much and again, God bless you!

I saw Dr. Shah on my last visit. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his extremely nice personality. I highly recommend Excel Pain and Spine. The staff is very nice also.

Oh I am so pleased with the understanding and courtesy of the staff that works at Excel. They take the time to listen to you and they explain everything to you which I really did appreciate. I would recommend them to anybody that has any kind of pain. This is a great place and I'm glad I found them. The doctor was very kind and gentle and he also explained everything to me of what was going to happen. Thumbs up for this place.
