I went to Amy with intense pain in my back, shoulder and down my arm, after a too-long bike ride. She was incredibly patient and persistent and finding the source of the problem in my neck, and very thorough and creative in treatments that would both mitigate the pain right away, and address the larger cause. I can't imagine what I would have done without her!

As a long-time runner, I was so frustrated when persistent shin splints forced me to give up distance running about 18 months ago. After trying everything I could think of with no success, I was finally recommended to Amy. I started seeing her in December, and the results speak for themselves: by May, I ran a personal best half marathon, followed by another half just two weeks later. I'm now training for a full marathon in October. Amy was like a PT detective, digging deep to find the root cause of my injuries rather than just treating the symptoms. Thanks to her expertise, I'm back to doing what I love. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Amy has been my Physical Therapist for more than 15 years. I first met Amy after a Rectocele operation. She was instrumental in the scar healing and recovery. Amy taught me exercises for my pelvic floor to prevent leaking bladder problems which I still practice today. Amy is able to relieve stiff muscles through needling to stimulate trigger points for pain relief. I fell right before a vacation and twisted my ankle. Needling allowed me to recover quickly and go on my vacation pain free. I recommend Amy for any one in pain!! Amy is a fantastic pain problem solver!!
