EvergreenHealth - Emergency

Middle of the night, waiting room was basically empty, with a couple people coming in. No rooms available though. Hours upon hours of waiting. Tons of staff in the back, lots of laughing and sitting on their phones. Never seen an ER so well staffed yet so poorly managed that you still have to wait half a day to get a room. That's without actually getting seen. If you want to be seen... Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

These people knew I had a charge open for TWO YEARS. I had moved to a different address so they only sent mail to the old address. I never knew I still had a balance until collections contacted me. They told me on the phone that they NEVER call or email. What else can you conclude from that other than hoping you don't pay so they can get more money? They made no real effort in reaching me before. They are not helpful is resolving the case. I even got attitude from a rep when calling. Unacceptable. I would not take myself here again even if I was dying.

Prepare to wait in the lobby for at least 4 hours before getting a room. This place is so poorly managed. Don’t come here if you’re in emergency.

Very understaffed place. I arrived at 930 and it's now it's 1130 and still in the waiting room. No sign of it happening anytime soon as well. There are 40 people in the waiting area and none has gone in in 2 hours. Should have listened to the reviews of this place.

Edit: I mentioned that my pain was escalating and they were able to give me a really fast response + help
