DEAR EVERGREEN: To EVERGREEN: Due to you Cutting funds at Pahrump Health & Rehab in NV, the new "Wound-care' team cut short the treatment of my chest wound using Hydrofera-Blue as had been ordered, and thanks to the new team my wound GREW from smaller than 1/2 a dime in size to now bigger than a Quatar! THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!! The Previous Wound-Care team & several current staff members know my wound has grown since your new "wound-care' team has taken over! That's It and That's All but Shame On You!!!

My father is at Firesteel Nursing Care Facility in Mitchell, SD and experiences horrible neglectful treatment there. I brought the shocking laundry list of horrible treatment to Empres and asked for their help and assistance. Empres seemed to be 'buddies' with Firesteel management and shrugged off most of my complaints. They never got back to me and never returned my calls. Update: My father died while at Firesteel Healthcare Center in February of this year. Firesteel saw all the signs (as noted by an orthopedic clinic) that he was pale and in and out of consciousness. He was incredibly ill and Firesteel ignored him. They didn't take him to the ER and only another facility came in and did so. I had the most amazing care at Aspen Meadows in Billings Mt the CNA,s Bath aides and nurses were awesome I had wonderful care as being away from home can be hard at times. Activities and PT and OT were a great team to work with to get me back home. The bus driver was there for dr appointments and made sure I was on time. Anyone who needs some care and assistance before going home please consider Aspen Meadows in Billings Mt. Thank you to a wonderful team.

All the Caregivers were awesome, so dedicated to their patients. Looks like a hard job but they work well together and they never let their patients see them sweat. Great team of professional people. I appreciate all of their smiles and warm words of encouragement.

horrible place corrupt and inhumane people and people who won't listen and just hang up on you and they don't care how it affects you or your family I'd advise to never go here and I have not even set foot in the place my advice is purely from a horrible phone conversation rude and corrupt
