Evergreen Crossing & The Lofts

I hate this place! I’ve currently been waiting two hours for pain and nausea meds. The best way to answer a call light is to not. I’ve been here for almost two weeks and only received one missing med after one nurse tracked it down from pharmacy. Missing meds are like an everyday thing, which I’ve been told is because of pharmacy but who knows. I’m supposed to be on a high calorie, high protein diet—ha ha ha there’s barely enough given to feed a child, not to mention I’m pretty sure I’ve had food poisoning twice. I have severe frostbite on my feet making wound care critical (it is the primary reason I’m here), and yet, I usually have to beg to get my bandages changed. One nurse even flat out lied about changing my bandages! My adult children come to visit and everybody acts so great. When

The new management has brought a refreshing and positive change. They are attentive, compassionate, and truly committed to improving the quality of life for all residents. Communication has become much clearer and more consistent, and staff morale is noticeably higher. The environment feels more welcoming and supportive, making it a better place for both residents and their families. Overall, the new leadership is doing an excellent job fostering a caring and professional atmosphere.

My father has been in and out of this facility on several occasions. It is definitely a preferred facility when he has to have in patient rehab services. The staff that takes care of him have always been kind and supportive. I especially appreciate the social services team. Caciya and Ashaki have been so helpful in helping me to understand the insurance processes as well as been so patient with me when I have questions regarding being a better advocate for my dad. I can not say enough great things for all there kindness and support, throughout my dad’s care. The only reason I didn’t put 5stars is because of the price for when we have to pay out of pocket. However, that is not within their control and I would still pay it if needed for my dad to be with this team of care providers. Thank

I'm in here for rehab,it's going to be a slow and long recovery for me, I have to learn how to walk again, and the Nurse are really Nice, And helpful, and all the staff are too, and the P.T. people are very nice, and take good care of you. And the food is good,, and I'm in a room by myself, it's roomy, and the windows open up to let fresh air in, and there's, furniture to put your clothes into, and room, for friends and family to come and visit with you. Very clean facility. Staff is amazing. They are attentive and truly care. Administrator is amazing and always approachable. Great place for you or a loved one to rehab or call home.
