My family and I have been going to Dr. Talbot Smith for about 15 years. He has always been there for us. He is extremely intelligent in the medical field. He has helped us in times when other medical professionals couldn't. We followed his practice from Gettysburg to Thurmont. We would recommend him to anyone.

I have gone to Dr Smith for 15 or so years. He always gets people in pretty quickly if they call and need to see him. He also is a great listener. He will hear me, hear my concerns, hear my opinions and will come to a conclusion with me. I have always felt relieved and happy with his service. The only negative thing I will say is that in the last cpl years he has really made me feel rushed. I don’t know if he is tired of dealing with me or if he is trying to squeeze lots of ppl in but he talks as he is running out the door. That’s the only thing I noticed that makes me unhappy with him. All the rest is still the same. That’s why I go to him even tho he moved back to MD.

Just came in here after having such severe panic attacks and living in constant flight or fight and having no life quality not being able to sleep or eat because i was scared anything i would have one or those episodes and have a heart attack. had to be hospitalized twice with a 200 and 180 heartrate. They got me in the same day with Dr smith and he was just phenomenal he treated me amazing and he actually listened to me and had genuine compassion for me and what i have been going through as of recent and nowadays you will never come across a doctor who genuinely wants to try every solution to help you out. I reccromend Dr smith to anyone with PTSD , severe panic episodes or any mental health issues , i know thats not his main line of practice but he knows what he is doing and what he is t

SCAM!!! Scheduled a phone appointment at 4:20pm with Dr. Olson, had to prepay for my appointment out of pocket, with a 20 min calling window. Come 4:45, no one called me. I called in and the office was closed. Then I dialed 9 to speak with the on-call attendant- who was not on call since I had to leave a voicemail. 30 mins later, I still have not received a call back from anyone. I hate to admit but I fell for this SCAM. I'll be reaching out to BBB, attorney general and the bank regarding this medical hoax.

I've been seeing Meagan and Dr. Smith since they were in Gettysburg. I followed them to Thurmont when they moved. Very caring and compassionate. Office is always friendly. Payment or copay is always due at check in. Has been since I first became a patient.
