At this time Evelyn Burroughs is working with HRA- Substance abuse assessment center. I would not recommend Evelyn Burroughs to assist anyone regarding substance abuse. It was apparent to me that she is easily angered and short tempered when asked questions. Aggressive behaviour was displayed to a client. Which can cause a negative impact
