EVH has great engagement with their patients; my dad was always doing activities that kept him not only engaged but also put a smile on his face. He would often talk of and get excited for the upcoming events. The EVH staff is kind, caring, and treated their patients with respect. My dad was very found of several of the nurses and aides that took great care of him, despite his challenging behaviors. My dad would get so excited when his favorite aide and or nurse which warmed our hearts.
Staff will not follow doctor’s instructions. Patient constantly upset, doesn’t get some meals, meds, etc. Have been on many numerous calls with staff. I’m her daughter and am very frustrated with them promising to return calls…nothing! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!
I am at the Salene location now. Had a few problems, but were taken care of immediately. The PT therapy with Lizzy and Dane were so kind and professional.
Excellent care was given to my Aunt during her stay. Very kind and thoughtful staff. Thank you.
