I’m a new patient, and I had a great experience with Dr. Yao and the team. Dr. Yao was very gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed about my treatment. Everyone in the office was professional and welcoming. The office is brand new, very modern, and beautifully designed. I’ll definitely be coming back for my fillings. Highly recommend!

My first visit to this dentist was amazing! The receptionist was friendly and helpful when scheduling and understanding insurance coverage. The dental team was very friendly and professional, carefully explaining all aspects of the dental work and dental options available. Every effort was made to create a sense of comfort with the procedures. The office is very modern and easily located. I highly recommend this dental team!

Dr. Yao is a terrific dentist who also has a light, comfortable touch when performing the cleaning herself - commendable work on her part this morning. The staff are very welcoming, polite, friendly, and professional. The facilities are very nice and brand new and it shows. The technology they have implemented is simply at the forefront of the industry - even integrating AI into the evaluation of the digital photographic data collected at the start of my visit. And they take the military dental insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP Dental - a singular case in Saline no matter what the BENEFEDS or BCBS FEP websites would lead you to believe. This place is very welcoming. Dr. Yao helped me feel comfortable while my teeth were cleaned and gave clear advice on how to improve my daily care for my teeth. I appreciate the time and attention I was given at my appointment. The office is also very clean, and each space is sectioned off well for privacy. When offering treatment options they referenced my insurance plan to ensure I did not have a surprise cost. Overall a good experience.

As a long term patient of Dr Yao’s I was excited to follow her to her new office in Saline as this is closer to my home. She is very sweet, patient and personable! She really takes her time to make sure you understand your treatment, why it’s needed and the pros and cons of what she’s recommending. I was pleased to meet the new office staff. I highly recommend for anyone in need of a new long term dental home!
