Originally, I scheduled a consult appt with Simran. I was curious about the different services and unsure which (if any) would be the best for me and my skin type. Simran was unbelievable. She walked me through the services, answered my questions and gave options. No pressure to commit at all! We decided on microneedling with prp. She was thorough in explaining the pre and post care as well as what to expect. Since I was still nervous (but now also excited), she even recommended we go for a very light first treatment to help me feel more comfortable. Fast forward to 4 months later - my skin looks so much better! Hyperpigmentation and even fine lines have visible improvement! I would highly recommend.
