Brandon made my eye experience horrible. The way he was speaking to the women about a bathroom mess shouldn’t have been heard by customers.

Great eye care. Had cataract surgery and Dr. Wolf was amazing!! Dr. Mayberry is my regular OD and I enjoy seeing her. Over all it has been a wonderful experience from this eye clinic. I was referred there from another eye clinic and I was so impressed that I won't go anywhere else.

This is one of the best eye centers in the world! I had an emergency situation, and they got me in within one hour of the time that I called. Even though I wasn't a patient of theirs. My "Previous" Optometrist told me they didn't have an opening till February, even thought I told them I had a detached retina! They told me to go to the emergency room, which I found out was bad advice. So I'm firing my previous optometrist and I'm going to Wolf Eye Center from now on for eye care. They care, have a great staff, and great Ophthalmologists and Optometrists!

We've had very good appointments here. However, our feedback has to do with text messaging. We had been waiting for a return call that never came. When we called back, we were told we had been "texted". Wolf Eye realized our phone was a landline, and tried to just blow off their mistake. This kind of attitude is very typical of what we see in many businesses nowadays. In this case, an assumption that everyone text messages is a poor assumption since many "older" people do still use their home telephone numbers. It's not our job to follow up on something that was supposed to be done by Wolf Eye, and no apology for their oversight.

This was our first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciated the text message reminder for the appointment. The office staff were kind and efficient, making my son feel comfortable right away. From checkin to selecting glasses, this was a positive experience for my family.
