TLDR Dr Garfein is an world class surgeon who, unsurprisingly, exceeded all expectations. I'm very happy that I picked him. You can trust with any complex surgery. I consulted with Dr. Garfein for jaw angle and chin implant with neck liposuction and buccal fat removal. I was referred to him by Dr. Yaremchuk who I initially consulted with for this surgery but unfortunately he stopped practicing. In Mid 2024, I contacted Dr. Garfein, who was referred by two other breast surgeons to perform what would be a complicated breast restructuring procedure. When I called him, I got voicemail and left a detailed message describing my situation. I was pleasantly surprised when he called back immediately and listened patiently to my long case history that I battled over the course of 14 years.
