Dr. William Poncho was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain how the eyes function in detail and making everything easy to understand. You can really tell he cares about his patients. Jack and the team were beyond patient while I tried on over 40 pairs of glasses and 20 pairs of sunglasses — and their selection is huge. No pressure, just great service and honest guidance. Cute spacious old school optical business, with a good selection. The people who work here are all so lovely and helpful with finding the right frames and repairing my glasses. They always do a great job with prescription lenses and making sure all the insurance options are correct. Highly recommend

I’ve bought a frame from Rayban and went here for a description lens for the frame. It’s been less than a year and the coating it already pulling off from the lens. Less than a year. Have never used my glasses strictly. These are my eyes I keep them very nice and clear. I’ve paid around $200 and if it doesn’t last a year I don’t think I should go again.

Absolutely great experience! I read somewhere that this is a family-owned business and I am very happy to support them. From the initial phone call to book my appointment and handle insurance authorization, I knew the service would be top notch. The office staff were pleasant and courteous. Dr. Kim was thorough, meticulous, and patient. I had both a contacts lens and eyeglasses exam and purchased new lenses. They also straightened/aligned a pair of glasses for me. Everything will ship to my house and they gave me a rebate to submit when I receive my order. Thank you again for the service!
