Been going to her with our animals since she was working at blue cross on mills. Very reasonable pricing without insurance compared to other places. Charges by the work done not overcharged like other places. Very friendly and helpful. Can by a little trying with getting in to see Dr. or other stuff for the techs since it's on a walk in basis. Hard to get through on phone since they are always busy, but will usually call back if you email them. Overall worth it for the price and friendly and helpful staff.

I always bring my little chihuahua here but it's been a couple times that some girl at front desk name Frankie doesn't threate costumers fair, very unprofessional I got refused today and my puppy need it attention and she didn't even take the courtesy to ask the doctor if she can take one more costumer she just said straight no like she's the owner these things make this place look bad at times I know the doctor and she's very professional but because of people like her make this place look bad

I been using Dr Rodriguez for my dog care for over 30 years. From blue cross animal hospital in Pomona to this place. She is worth the wait. I trust her fully but I don’t have the time sometimes and go somewhere else with regrets. I have never regretted taking any of my dogs to her. She is the best doctor ever!!!

They do not respect animals in their last moments. Do not bring them here for euthanasia. My cat was very sick and the vet injected him in the leg that had tumors while a tech held him down. No catheter no sedative. Just the one injection straight to his tender leg. They held him down and didn't help soothe him at all. I've done this many times before over 20 years and NEVER witnessed that. He did not deserve that to be his last moments. I write this with heartache as i type it out. I took some time to reflect on whether to write this review or not over the last month and a half and it I know I am trying to warn people off to spare the experience. Him freaking out and screech in pain cuz the shot went right on his leg w tumors really stayed w me. Good for lab/diagnostics but not anything e

We found a kitten during the bad storm we had few days ago, we took in today to get checked out and the staff was amazing, very sweet, you can tell they love thier jobs, the Dr. was even more amazing, very personal, she gave us good advice on how to care for him, we are so happy with the visit, we’ll be back for all our kitties medical care 😺
