Euclid Beach HealthCare

Rhonda Holmes is the best Administrator that Euclid Beach has gotten. She is very helpful and informative. There is a tremendous difference in the facility since she has been there. I can tell she really cares for my mother in law. And anyone who knows her or worked with her would say the same.

Gratefuld that family member's wheelchair was serviced within 24 hours. His physical appearance was good (shaved, clean attire and good mood). Thanked the employee whom communicated he would see about getting my brother a battery for his wheelchair. Happy retirement to Barb.. Sincerely, Pamela

My wife have been for a few year,s!. I see her everyday, really never had no serious problem with the staff or management! I get call,s from the nurse caring for her with up date on her care, and pill,s! I really don,t know what going on on the second floor! But have to give prop for a job well done on my wife floor!(A.W)

I was very disappointed with the facility, strong stench in the hall and coming from residents rooms. It appeared that some aides were working while under the influence, it was hours before they responded to call lights. Some came in turned the light off without attending to the resident. The dietary needs work. Meds were given late often, if at all. Worst place for any one who doesn’t have family to come and check them.

As soon as you get off the elevator you smell urine. It is so disgusting. My father is here and I come at different times of the day. Not only does the whole second floor smell like pee, they don't wash my father up so he smells like pee. I had to tell them the other day my father smelled like urine. Nothing in the room is ever cleaned or sanitized. He had dus on his tv stand. The floor is always nasty. It's just a disgusting place for a older person to be. Everything in the room is nasty to touch.
