It was a bad experience. I came to Ethos Dental with pain in an existing crown. I clearly explained to both the dentist and assistant that I had a crown on that side a few years ago but wasn’t certain which tooth it was. They acknowledged what I said and still proceeded to remove the crown. I assumed everything was fine — I came back for the permanent crown, paid my balance, and left satisfied. A few weeks later, I received a bill in the mail and discovered that I had already had a crown placed on that exact same tooth just 2½ years ago. My insurance denied coverage because of this, leaving me with a $1,000 bill. Great service at the dentist office. I had to change my appointment two days before it was scheduled and they accommodated the request and set up my cleaning so I got in earlier than the original schedule. Quickly and painless. Linda is a great hygienist and Dr. Emily a wonderful dentist

I’ve only been here twice but am absolutely coming back and highly recommend Ethos to anyone I can. I have nothing but great things to say about my entire experience. From reception and scheduling, to the dental hygienist, dental assistant and doctor. Dr. Emily is fantastic - she listens, takes her time & genuinely cares. Tabitha is also amazing and had me laughing through my entire appointment - she also truly cares and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my results before leaving. This is no exaggeration the best dentists office I’ve been to and I’m so happy to have found them.

I had an amazing experience from scheduling my appointment to checking out. I told the girl my concerns and fears. She set my appointment with Dr. Douts. He and his staff were very comforting. They explained what they were going to do and what to expect. They made going to the dentist, not so bad. For my dental needs, this will be my go to! Thank you 😊
