My fiancee had open heart surgery recently. Therefore, we've had the pleasure of meeting and being taken care of by some very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy doctors and nurses. Dr. Akhavan, nurse Emily, Emma and few other names...thank you all for being kind and taking care of things.

I had bad history with here BUT I can day today I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else!!! The oncology floor(5) was amazing during my stay! Thank you very much ladies for making my stay so comfortable. And Ms Shirley with the IV team she makes miracles happen! Thank you again ladies/ gents for the top notch service! I know I’m not an easy patient 🤣 but they did the best!

The staff there are very helpful. I needed a prescription filled urgently and my insurance did not cover it. The other pharmacies would not even order it even when I said I would pay due to it being expensive. Community Surgery Center Pharmacy ordered it, had it next day and found a coupon that took the price from $450 to $40. Great staff. Thank you very much.

I have dealt with chronic back pain for many years and have never been happy with the national pharmacies. My doctor suggested Community Surgical Center Pharmacy at Community Hospital in Munster. Ever since, I started using this pharmacy I have been amazed by the professional staff. It is great to deal with people who treat you with care and respect, remember your name and see it as their calling to fill your prescriptions. I had to have an endoscopy and testing done for current stomach issues. The entire team was absolutely amazing. Not one person left me disappointed. I was well taken care of, as was my driver. Even the transport staff treated me like royalty. I had Dr. Appannagari with Dr. Cheng’s practice and he was phenomenal. Did not treat me like a patient on his checklist like some doctors do. He impressed my driver so much, she will also be switching to their practice. I appreciated their bedside manner and the call checking on me the following day. Great service community! An improvement from experiences 5-10 years ago, for sure!
