Best PT experience i have had. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone. My therapist Andrea is so nice and so lovely. Have to give a 5 star review, if I could give ten stars, I would. Have been searching for a non-factory type physical therapy practice near to where I live on the UES - I found it!! After going to the same place, which will remain namesless, that spends no time with you, I needed a change. Have gone four times already - two physical therapists - three patients maximum at one time - hands-on, no pun intended, individualized care throughout your appointment. No assistants who watch you do the exercises incorrectly. I read the Google and Nextdoor reviews and take them seriously. Bravo Physical Therapy ESR.

I still can't believe I found the ideal PT place. We all got on so well. The admin is sweet & helpful. The therapists are very kind, skilled & really care. They really look out for you & make you feel at home & comfortable. It's very hands on, one on one. Icing on the cake, finding an intimate setting & not a factory floor jungle gym. It's spotless & has up to date equipment. This place is a rare gem.
