I've visited Esoterra many times for different reasons. I love it, it's like an oasis in the middle of Midtown Manhattan. the practitioners there are kind, knowledgable and the facility is wonderful, with a calming energy. I particularly love the Salt cave. I 've also rented the bigger space for events and it was wonderful! Thank you Enensaauas for your support!

Acupuncture at Esoterra I didn’t expect to feel such deep relief after just two sessions. I came to Esoterra for acupuncture on a friend’s recommendation, and now I understand why she spoke so highly of it. The whole experience was calm and reassuring. The space is peaceful, the practitioner attentive, and the treatment itself felt both gentle and powerful. I was a little nervous at first, but the needles were barely noticeable — instead, what I felt was a wave of relaxation I hadn’t experienced in a long time. Tension in my neck and back began to ease, my sleep improved, and I felt more grounded overall — like my body finally remembered how to rest. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful place!!! I can’t stress that enough, especially since stress is the last thing you’ll experience at Esoterra. The environment is very calming from the moment you step in to the very last moments before your treatment (unfortunately) ends. I came in for the salt cave. Staff was really nice and welcoming. I was able to completely relax and be at peace, for real. We all need this right now so thank you Esoterra! I will be back to try out other offerings.

I had the VERY good fortune of experiencing a transformative healing session with Enensaauas last week. She is a truly gifted human being. She listened to my concerns and immediately knew how to support me. She provided me with craniosacral (a favorite of mine), gua sha and acupuncture. I was floating when I left. Esoterra is a magnificent and special space. There is an immediate calming energy created by the visual aesthetics of the interior, coupled with the warm welcome of all who you come into contact with. As someone who has used the space for creative wellness workshops, I feel blessed to be there and supported in the work being done. It is a rare and beautiful safe space that allows for personal wellness, and exploration.
