The staff and Dr Eshenbach are amazing! They are very caring. I highly recommend! I've been going to them for my dental care for years. The professionalism and attention to detail are top notch! If you are looking for a dental care team that will take care of you, be gentle, and walk you through every step of the way with your dental hygiene, this is the place!

I recently contacted the office about a billing concern for my 3-year-old, and I was really impressed with how they handled it. They took the time to review everything, communicated clearly, and provided a fair resolution. It’s rare to find an office that’s both thorough and genuinely caring. The staff and Dr. Eschenbach are nice, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend their team!

Wish I could express a more favorable view, as the people in this office are nice, but I did not appreciate how payment went down. Please just do NOT count on the people up front to warn you if your insurance does not cover this office. I handed them my insurance card, was treated, and then, months later, wound up paying hundreds out of pocket because the dentist was out of network. I've never had an experience like this -- my past experience has been that someone at the front will know what insurance is accepted and will at least provide a warning that there will be NO insurance coverage at all. With such a warning, I certainly would have reassessed my options. Just do your homework and talk to your insurance provider.

I brought my 93-year-old great aunt to Eschenbach Family Dentistry for a second opinion after another dentist recommended an expensive and invasive treatment plan. From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The office is modern, clean, and welcoming. Every staff member from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They did thorough x-rays and gave us a much more detailed and thoughtful assessment of her situation, with a treatment plan that was far more reasonable. I truly appreciated the care and honesty they showed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eschenbach Family Dentistry to anyone looking for high-quality, patient-centered dental care. They truly go above and beyond.

Absolutely love this dentist office! The staff is the kindest, and genuinely create a calm welcoming environment/atmosphere. They are extremely patient with my child and myself. I’ve never had such an informative cleaning and general ease at an a dentist office before. If you’re someone with fears of the dentist, this is the office that will change that.
