Had the best experience- my mom had a knee replacement today and it's a long process for the person waiting because you are worried and anxious. There were step by step notifications about the process and everyone was very nice and seemed to be happy about their jobs. There was one employee that outshines all the rest- Miracle is her name. She is the surgical ambassador contact for the family waiting in surgery and answered all our questions and had a loving and warm personality. Such a joy to be around and we enjoyed a wonderful conversation with hospitality! So lucky we got a Miracle in our lives. Thanks Erlanger!

Was very impressed with my Care at cardiovascular care center at gunbarrel. I want to just give a shout out to Marcella and Yolina.

I broke my ankle in 3 different places and had to be rushed to Erlanger for emergency surgery; despite not having insurance I was treated spectacularly by everyone there..the nurses, the doctors, the staff were all very friendly and incredible people. After noticing I was in tremendous pain they even upped my surgery time so I could get it done sooner, wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Amazing hospital!

If you have family or friends you care about, make sure you stay here with them. On the surgical floor I have watched the nurses sit at the station and watch tv all night while my loved ones urinal is on the table full. A nurse physically laid eyes on my friend only twice all night long. Never asked if he needed anything or how is pain was. Definitely would recommend staying as far from this place as possible

If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would! The medical care and service is a flat out joke. I was told 12 hours ago by a doctor on call that I needed an emergency surgery to repair my VP SHUNT. That was 11 hours ago, and I am still sitting in the emergency room as if I am a complete ghost. Nobody has checked in on me in the last eight hours. I hope and pray my condition is not a absolute emergency, especially since it is a life or death situation regarding a go shunt malfunction ‼️ what hospital leaves a patient in possibly critical condition in their waiting area for 12 plus hours with a possible critical brain condition and never check on them.
