Erlanger Express Care - Hixson

This place is a fantastic urgent care. The NP listened to my concerns and approached them very well with thorough explanations. The care was very quick. I was taken to the back very quickly and the nurse, Sonya, was thorough yet efficient, and then the NP was in my room within 5 minutes of the nurse leaving! I could even hear Sonya advocating for me outside the room when she thought the plan of care was going against something I had said originally. This is the only place I ever go for my urgent care needs and I highly recommend them, especially Sonya!!

Came in with probably one of the worst allergy flare ups I’ve had in years, they were quick to get me in and get me out, it was a fully seamless experience. a shot in the butt cheek (which I barely felt, probably one of the best shots I’ve had) a prescription cream, and a good day and night of Benadryl induced sleep and it’s like a full 180°!!! I am so thankful for all these ladies! Also a special shout out to the girl at the front desk, I left my brand new Jean jacket in there and she flagged me down when I was pulling out to give it to me!! Total life savers, definitely my brand new go to walk in clinic!

We received excellent care from Lukisha, PA & Sonya. It was a return visit for a follow up X-ray of my husband’s lungs. He was given antibiotics the previous week, infection was still there. We went directly to CMI Emergency with Lakisha’s recommendation. He was admitted for further testing. Thank you so much for your thorough observation & recommendation. Will recommend to our family. Front office gal was terrific as well.

Quality care provided, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Top notch vital taking by the MA- supported my arm fully at heart level for BP manually and that is appreciated as professional! FNP Whitney was concise and helpful in her care. Best walk in clinic experience I have had in quite some time!

My husband and I took our 2 year old son here, we have taken our daughter here many times and have had great results with Whitney Fugia P.A. We are here with 2 of the rudest women I’ve ever met. They made it clear that we were interrupting their lunch break, my son tried thanking the MA and she ignored him. We don’t seek medical attention often, and this is why.
