Kate is the greatest. She’s a kind, professional, evidenced based and highly effective DPT. As a fellow medical professional, I respect her friendly and highly educated/experienced approach. As a patient…well I miss seeing her because she helped me so effectively that I haven’t been to see her much lately. I’ll definitely be back for any needs and can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Kate Newsom at EQ is truly exceptional! She has supported me through so many stages! From relieving chronic back pain from training, to helping me recover from a catamaran injury (haha), to guiding my body through all the aches and pains of pregnancy. Her skills in dry needling, cupping, and massage are incredible and always make a noticeable difference!! Beyond her expertise, Kate is just a wonderful human being! She’s kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares. Every session feels personalized and uplifting. I always leave feeling better not just physically, but mentally too. I’m so grateful to have her in my corner, she’s the best!

Kate has helped me gain back my range of motion and decrease the pain when working out that I have had in my shoulder. She is patient and has worked alongside me with my goals and lifestyle to help me be successful in this journey. Currently on a maintenance plan that works for me to ensure no set backs. Highly recommend for both injury and routine mobility checks.
