I absolutely LOVE my orthodontist! From the moment I walked in four years ago, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. The entire team is so friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure my smile is perfect. My orthodontist takes the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I feel comfortable and informed. The office is always clean, modern, and runs on time — which I really appreciate! But most importantly, I can already see amazing results and feel so much more confident in my smile. Thank you for making this experience enjoyable and stress-free. Because of Epps Orthodontics, my daughter is smiling again. As an infant, her big brothers playfully gave her the name "gummy baby." She was soooo happy and never stopped smiling. However, that changed. We were told that her mouth was very small, and there was severe overcrowding. She also experienced TMJ, it caused jaw pain, difficulty chewing, and more. They regularly monitored her progress and communicated without fail; including paying close attention to even the smallest detail. My daughter Catie was referred to Epps for expanders. She was very nervous about it but Epps Ortho was amazing. The staff was very friendly and kind while putting them in. I’ve been going to Epps Ortho for two, going on three years now and I love their service. Dr.Epps is always nice and his assistants and receptionists have a nice welcoming energy. The waiting room music is also a bonus. 10/10 would recommend!
