EPIC Urgent & Family Care

I worked for a company that hurt me during the job they sent me to Epic Urgent Care. I saw Bianca when I was there and she acted like she was my best friend and told me of a "great " lawyer to call. I followed her advice and hired him and meanwhile it's been 2 months and I can't get any medical care because of her because she's recommending lawyers as a nurse practitioner. She won't answer why she recommended a lawyer and how she knows this guy. But he did a terrible terrible job for me and she's responsible! Then she sends me discharge papers from a phone call stating that I'm delusional and hostile. So now she is falsifying medical records to cover herself. She is extraordinarily unethical. What a wonderful clinic! I want to sincerely appreciate everyone working here from the receptionist to the entire staff, especially Dr. Patel. My school was giving me a lot of issues with my vaccination records, and I kept coming back again and again. They never got tired of me, even when I was already tired myself. Dr. Patel solved everything for me, and I am truly happy. Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and professionalism. I will definitely continue to recommend this place!

Very mixed. It depends on the doctor you get. They have a lot of medical professionals that go in and out. The nursing staff and front desk are great. The doctors and nurse practitioners are a coin toss. Some are good and some are horrible. The good ones listen, explain well and are thorough. The horrible ones have a God complex and will tell you what you are feeling and doing, even if that is not how you are feeling and doing.
