This was my first experience with Dr Esinger and staff and a root canal. As an attorney with over 23 years in the medical area I can affirmly state the procedure and staff went above the normal required standard of care. The procedure went so well I did not need the small bag of Advil included in my " take home bag ". If you wish the procedure steps are explained as they occur.If you desire you may read your xrays. There is total transparency in this office. As the procedure progresses digit pictures are taken to assure no affected area remains Alternativy the TV is personalized for your viewing. Dr. Bryan Eslinger and his entire staff were outstanding during my visit yesterday. From scheduling my appointment and insurance coverage verification with Janet through my treatment, everyone was professional, attentive, and made the experience very comfortable. Dr. Eslinger was thorough, clear in his explanations, and instilled complete confidence in his care. The office itself is bright, well-furnished, and welcoming, which made a big difference. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of endodontic care.

Yesterday we had a root canal treatment for my 13-year-old daughter, who is extremely afraid of dentists. We needed a very gentle and caring approach — and we found it in this clinic. The meticulous and precise work of Dr.Bryan Eslinger and his assistant Natallka truly impressed us. I observed the entire procedure and was amazed by how complex the process was and how skillfully the doctor performed every step.It was clear that we were in good hands and Dr Bryan truly cares about his patients. Natallka was incredible — she explained every part of the process as it was happening, so we always knew what to expect. Who isn't nervous about going to the dentist? I know I am and I don't like needles and the whole process. But when you pull up to the practice, it's unimposing, it's in a group of other professional suites, and once inside you feel calm. It's not a giant factory practice with multiple dentists and multiple examination rooms. It's warm and inviting but modern with state-of-the-art equipment and a very friendly, educated staff. Dr. Eslinger is a pleasant professional and will explain the process while it's going on or at the end if you'd like. I was surprised, I had a root canal and I have no pain, even the day after a few ibuprofen and I'm good. I would recommend Arlington Endodontics to everybody.

From my very first phone call, the staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The receptionist made the check in process smooth and stress free. I had a root canal done, and unlike past experiences at other dental offices where I’ve been hurt, this doctor was incredibly patient and made sure I felt zero pain before continuing with the procedure. The doctor was professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. Overall, a great experience with a friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable team. I would absolutely recommend this endodontics office.
