Ellen the Manager was so kind. My script was ready but my son who I live with was out of town. He normally would pick up the script. She told me she would bring the script to me. I need this medicine and Ellen knew this. God bless her

After countless frustrating experiences at Walgreens — where they could never find me in their system, constantly misplaced my prescriptions, and even forgot to fill them — I finally had enough. I was going back and forth three times a day just to try and get one prescription filled, only to be told again and again that I wasn’t in the system or that the prescription didn’t exist. It was a total nightmare!! At Staywell Pharmacy I was treated with professionalism and kindness. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and actually know what they’re doing. They found me in their system right away, located my prescription without any trouble, and had everything ready in a fraction of the time it used to take at Walgreens. This is the best pharmacy, with amazing staff at all locations. They treat you like a person. It reminds me of how pharmacies used to be, with caring staff who go above and beyond to help you. I switched to this location after years of getting pushed around by larger pharmacies with delays and empty promises of getting back to me. This place actually calls ME to ask if I need the refill!
