Lovely place with great amenities. Carson was delightful. But... I am computer literate but I cannot figure out how to sign up for a red-light therapy session.

I have been receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and red light therapy for long COVID symptoms of chronic fatigue and chronic colitis and chronic left hip pain from chronic bursitis. ALL of my symptoms have been improving! Carson Rice is the chief operating officer and he manages the office. He is extremely helpful, empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. The facility is very clean and beautifully furnished with cool, relaxing colors. I am very impressed and satisfied with the services.

I needed HBO to expedite facial wound healing after an accident. EOS appointments could be done online, billing was online. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility impeccably clean. When my surgeon recommended this I thought it would involve the usual runarounds, require a prescription, delays in scheduling, etc. I just made an appointment and showed up the next morning. I give this facility the highest of recommendations.

Exceptionally clean and highly knowledgeable staff. Months ago, I had researched a specific line of red light beds for alternative for healing pain/inflammation as well as skin enhancement. EOS Agewell is the only company in Richmond with this specific red light bed. Family owned and operated - they share interest and support for alternative health modalities.
