This place needs new management or to close down! How do you misplace a 32 yo quadraplegic TWICE! He can't walk out on his own. So basically anyone can come take a resident out of there and they don't ask any questions. Smh My brother could be dead in there and we wouldn't know until the next time my mom or sister visits. Then they always playing dumb so probably not. They'd probably think that he's just in a hospital. Despicable!!!!!

This is the WORST place in the world. My mother received poor care. This is supposed to be a rehabilitation facility. They have all kinds of patients in the"Rehabilitation Unit." Several times patients with other medical issues would burst into my moms' room scaring her and of course there was never a nurse or anyone around to get them out. They would run down the halls yelling "I'm going to kill you" They would go in other patients rooms and take things. How can you get better constantly worrying about the other patients doing something to you and how can you get better if they don't have the things you need to do so. No ice packs and heat packs for the swelling and the pain you feel after a monstrous physical therapy on a person with severe arthritis pain. Then they tell you to bring an

Staff sitting in patient rooms eating behind the curtain hiding.The DON is very rude to staff and no knowledge of patient's care. Please do not go in their at night because staff loves to sleep and call lights going off like crazy. Always short staffed. TWO THUMBS DOWN way down

Ceiling fell through on my father's bed and his belongings after roof was leaking for weeks all over the building. Place is falling apart and have had lots of turnover in administration.

This place should be closed down. The nursing staff is rude, the administration is garbage. And all they do is try to get over. And the food is terrible but they are charging the patients.
